The restaurant “Il Palmento” with a capacity of up to 160 guests belongs to the Hotel. Sicilian and international typical dishes. Excellent Etna wines. Delicious homemade desserts.

The restaurant also offers banqueting services for events or special occasions. Continental breakfast buffet-style. You can have breakfast from 7:30 to 10.00 a.m.; lunch from 12:30 to 14.00; dinner from 20:00 to 22:00.

Room service is available for breakfast as well as for exquisite cold dinners. The bar is open all day long for snacks, drinks and coffee.
